Because the Ozone is the cover of the planet that keeps us protected from solar flares and solar wind- if this ozone goes, we go- and to prevent this ozone atmosphere from disappearing is very important that we keep it alive by: stopping polluting from rockets flying to space and other major industrial pollution-  If this fragile environment of the planet goes trough " Naked" solar wind would  kill the organic molecular of the bio-logical eco-organism life in the planet.
